I am looking for the chemical composition of ramistar 5 of lupin ltd as i am in Tajikistan and have run out of pills and want to look for a substitute ## I am in Tajikistan which is central Asia, a part of the post soviet union. I have travelled here as a volunteer and was carrying my prescription drugs of which ramistar5 is one. as the stipulated period of three months - my placement length were over and my placement got extended i have run out of prescription medication and therefore the search. Identified Urine MicroAlbumine little high so Doctor prescribed Ramistar2.5mg taking it since 2 months, now getting dry cough since 2 weeks. I am 40 yr Male. Now replacing with Telma 20mg. It is a medicinefor high blood-pressure. it is a small capsule, white in colour and manufactured by Lupin Ltd. ## Ramistar is not a product of the US, however I did locate its active ingredient to be Ramipril. Ramipril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, used to treat hypertension and congestive heart failure.
