19 year old male, with Hepatitis A and resultant acute itching for almost 10 days, now put on Omnacortil 40mg.....want some advice ## i am suffer tuberculosis last 1 month.and left side of lung cavity fill in some fluid approx 500 to 700 ml .doctor 1st time to give omnacorti-10mg but no down fluid.so he increase the dose of omnacortil-40 mg.is this treatmen true?to give right suggestion of my diseases plz

supposed to be prednisone 20mg?? ## The skin specialist prescribed OMNACORTIL 40mg for 2 weeks and taper down to 20mg for 1 week and 10 mg for 1 week for my wife's skin problem. She had taken the same in Sep,08. She is finding her right eye with blurred vision. We checked up with Opthalmologit and he conducted the tests. He feels the Ratina is slightly swollen and it may be due to some intake of medicines. Please let me know whether the above medicine taken by my wife has the side effects on her eye. my geting omnacortil 30mg and geting towis day .. p help me... ## I have taken omnacartil 60mg for 15days, i got improvement in my right eye vision within 04 days, than I took 50mg for one week, 40mg, for one week, when I start taking 30mg my condition return to same as it was when I started 60mg my doctor advise me take 30mg for other three days, but my vision is not improved after taking it for two week. please sugest is it safe to take omnicartil 30mg for so long or how long shall I take this medicine, please suggest if some test are required to be done for speedy recovery. ## Sir, may I take omnacotil 10 mg per day for long period.

my mum is suffering from cancer in the lungs and brain for about 10months now. she has been on omnacortill ever since. the starting dose being 40mg which has now been tapered off to 10mg. for the last few months she has been suffering from sleeplessness and acute muscular pain especially in the legs and constipation. no pain killer or sedative has worked on. she is not very mobile because she was confined to bed for a couple of months and receiving physiotherapy to get her back to normal mobility. can the above symptoms be a result of prolonged use of the drug . why does she actually need to take it and can something be done about it.

i use Omnacortil 40mg & fegra 120 for cure asthma elergy with specilist doctor & I use this two tabs for one month with1-1,1-1quantity per day and then fegra 120 tab stop and tab Omnacortil 40mg 2-2,2-2 per day for 15 days.then i stop this medicine by due to high fever and after some pimples like appears on my fourhead and skin then i have found blood infection (tlc 11000) and high fever with cold feeling. can you tell me this is happen by ? what methods to cure for this steroid and my hanh also stirring & how it can be cure? ## How are you doing now? I'm on oxygen 24 hours. My doctor has suggested me 40mg dosage thrice a day as my lungs have shrunk and he believes that by this it will get open and my lungs will get their required oxygen. Doctor has prescribed this to me in order to increase my platelet count, which reduced to 40000. My doctor advised me to have omnacortil 20 once a day. My sister is suffering from hypereosinophilic syndrome since 25/3/2014. I have deltoid muscle injury problem. Dr sugeested me omnacortil 40mg for 15 days. 30 mg for 7 days. And 20 mg for 7 days But during this my faces remain oily all days and acene problem.. And also face look like very heavy particularlly below eyes area... So i want to ask u that is it side effect of it??
