I have been taking Omnacortil 10mg daily for about 2 years to address alopecia issues. However, whenever I attempt to stop taking it or reduce the dosage by 5mg, I experience numerous side effects and the alopecia patches return. I develop a severe allergy that begins in my eyes, my appetite decreases, and my eyes blink continuously. What should I do? I have completed all my medical evaluations including blood sugar, blood pressure, thyroid, etc., and everything appears to be normal.

i m taking omnacortil 10 (started with 5 tab/day with tapering dosage for 15 days). I just discovered that i m pregnant when i already consumed 45 tabs. Will it harm the baby??
