The doctor has advised him to take paxidep cr (12.5) in the morning and oleang (5) in the night and oleanz (2.5) in the morning. How long he has to take these medicines. For the last one month he is taking these medicines but there are no good signs. My son has been prescribed oleanz 15 mg to counter psychological problems and he has been given for the past 30 days or so. He seems to be losing his self-confidence more nowadays and feels bad he may not succeed in his work... Is it the effect of the medicine? I am taking Oleanz 2.5 mg for the past one year instead of Olanex 5 mg(taken upto 3 years).Now for the past one month I have changed the frequency of taking the tablet every two days first and then now once in a week. What are the ill effects of NOT TAKING Oleanz 2.5mg every day? Hello...After taking oleanz 2.5 mg for 4 months i have put on weight. Now it's difficult to reduce. Can u please help and suggest how many months it may take before I'm back to my normal weight?....So far it's been 3 months since i stopped taking oleanz. ## That can be a typical side effect of this medication, as reported by the NIH. There is really no way to say how long it may take for you to lose the weight, that is dependent on your metabolism, diet, and exercise. What types of foods do you eat? How much exercise do you get? i have been given oleanz rt 5 tab one every night and now today i have been given oleanz 5 tab. i want to know what is the difference between these two oleanzes pls clarify ## i am also finding answer to same question but havn't got any result from google. Someone please educate us ## I argued with my pschiatrist that my weight gain is because of Oleanz 5mg. He changed it to Oleanz RT 5 mg. According to him RT should not result in weight gain

I have been taking treatment for bipolar from past 4 years and gradually ended with half a dosage of oleanz 2.5 mg tablet.I have stopped taking tablet from past 2months.
