At age 46 I had complete hysterectomy and was prescribed Estratest which I continued to take until age 63. Due to bad publicity for this medication, I informed my primary care dr. that I was not continuing to take it. He did not agree and told me he was making note of "my choice" in my medical history. Now, 10 years later, I am having severe dry eye problems and am allergic to Restasis. No optical meds for relief are available...over the counter eye meds give no relief. that's pretty much it...I have tried almost all of them, now I find myself back in pain management and would like some feedback on what might REALLY work?? I've read TONS of things about the "new" oxycontins...I was just prescribed some a few weeks ago.. I don't know if its because of the small dose..( 15mg.. )or what, but they did absolutely nothing for my pain..thats why I am asking YOU ..I am thinking of getting opana's..or morphine, i'm not really sure..this is where you come in..if you too have been through the wringer with trying to find a good medication for your pain, please let me know what YOU found that helps you the best..especially if its something I have mentioned...i'm just trying to finally find a good med without having to go through 6+ m...

I have heard good and bad about this medication. I am on my 13d ay of Chantix and other then some weird dreams I'm doing pretty good. I haven't smoke for 4 days now. I did smoke after my first week but it tasted horrible and gave me a upset stomach. If you do smoke after the 7th day you may regret it! I don't take Chantix with any other meds so the side effects have been OK. Not wanting to kill myself or anyone else but it feels good not smoking and being able to breather after 20 years! ## Congratulations! I am very glad to hear that it is working so well for you. I have been on xarelto for two months now after a PE was found in my left lung. The only side effect was a consistent cough but doctor seemed to think that was due to the PE. That cough is now gone. Our 2 male Chihuahuas got into a terrible fight over our female who's in heat. Our older male sustain some pretty bad injuries and puncture wounds on his side. We are trying to maintain keeping the wounds as clean as possible but still they got a little infected and I have that under control but I know he's in pain. I have chronic back and neck pain, I was on a high dose of Morphine for a long time and came off of it a year ago. The pain is so bad that I had to start taking Vicodin off and on and it helped but it made me sick to my stomach because of the Tylenol. I was on every nsaids made for many years due to failed back surgery etc. I have a nice doctor who seems very understanding about joint pain and will give me what ever necessary. Is it okay to take vitamins AND supplements when taking amox 875? ## I can't find anything listed saying that there is a problem taking it with nutritional supplements, but you should check with your doctor, or pharmacist to be certain. Can i take a Cetrizine hydrocholride 10 mg tablet twice daily for a cold? I am a 60 year old lady. ## This is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergies, it will not help with a cold and the symptoms caused by a cold. I have been experiencing itching problems since 3 days. It started from over the stomach area then spread out on legs, hands and back. Initially, I thought due rainy season, it is the mosquito bites. Hi this is padma..i get married 4 months before..i have dought for this okacet tablets..can i used this tablet for cold,, fever,bodypains... any side effects whenn am gettign pregnent time..i was some fear about this tablets.. ## Well from what I know okacet contains cetrizine which is an anti histamine. Hence it is meant to be taken to temporarily drive away symptoms of allergies like a runny nose, itching and watering of the eyes. Don't think it helps any with fever and body pains. Take a paracetamol to deal with that. Side effect is mainly drowsiness but might cause a heavy head and headache. Won't affect ur fertility or chances of pregnancy. Not to worry.
