i found an oblong shaped pill on my entertainment center it has IP 500 on 1 side and nothing on the other.anyone have any idea what it is,i am hoping to identify it. ## No, I'm not finding a listing for a tablet with just IP 500 on it in our U.S. prescription drug resources. The IP logo is used by IntraPharm, but on their U.S. tablets there are usually other numbers, with the 500, or 250 and etc. to designate the dosage. Does anyone recognize this tablet? I'm wondering if its an over the counter product that just contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and is a generic, or store brand of Tylenol. ...

Both of these tablets are listed as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so there is no difference other than the fact that they've been manufactured by different companies. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
