I live in the UK but cannot find a description of this pill on any site. Does anyone know what it could be please? ## Hello, Wendy! How are you? White oblong pill with c27 on one side blank on other ## Based on the description provided, this pill does not exist in any of the US drug databases; therefore I cannot determine anything, other than the possibility that you may have read the markings wrong, or that this pill was imported from another country. Other than double checking the markings on the pill, I would suggest checking your sources of where you got the pill from. If it is in fact a valid source, I would personally go to your local pharmacy for clarification. If it is not from a valid source, odds are it's not the real thing or it is perhaps an old discontinued pill. Either way, please be so kind to post back your findings so others can reference it for similar searches or to help you locate other possibilities. ## ... ...

I found several of these n my son room, ,will they give a person a high effect, & If so, how many? would a person have to take to feel that high effect, , ## Hello, Worried! How are you? Is the marking possibly R 077? If so, these capsules contain 30mgs of Temazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. They are known to be habit forming and are very frequently abused. They are downers, but someone might feel high from them due to the dizziness they can cause as a side effect. If the person isn't tolerant to them, they can likely experience that from just taking one, it's when someone is abusing them or has built up a tolerance that they'll need to take multiples to get those side effects to occur. please tell me what this is… side effects and whatever else… ## Please see this discussion thread for the answer: Forums/view_drug_submission.asp?Drug=what+is+m357&Page=105739 ## yes that could be vicodin 7.5mg well it keeps you amped up and its pretty much a painkiller the only bad side effect that it could give you is if you are experimenting with them for longer than 2 weeks at 2 pills aday you will feel like crap you just want to sleep and some flu like symptoms come into play.bottom line its an opiate for which doing a vicodin is almost the same as doing heroin. ## M357 is hydrocodone 5 mg hydrocodone/500 mg of acetaminaphen. ## Trust me on this. half white pill oblong marked with a number 10 ## Hi Tami, Comparing several images, I have a good guess that it may be a white oblong pill marked with IP 110 on one side and scored on the other. If I'm seeing this correctly, when you split the tablet in half there would be one half with IP 1 and the other half would just have the number 10 on it. It's reported to be identified as a 10/325 generic Norco pill, made by Amneal Pharma. But maybe you could also look up the IP 110 imprint in order to help draw a conclusion on whether this is it or not? ...

These medications are listed as containing 500mgs of Levetiracetam, so both are generics for Keppra. Sometimes, seizures can still occur, while taking a medication to prevent them, but it is very unusual that you would suddenly have 3, when given the new tablets.
