what pill is this? Is it Methenamine Hippur? 1 gram? ## No, the Hiprex tablet that contains Methenamine is yellow, oblong and has the marking MERRELL 277 on on side. Where was this obtained? Did it come from a pharmacy? I can't find anything that matches this in the U.S. prescription drug databases.

I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is. this is a white oblong pill and it has no imprints and it is not scored on either side ## It's a big whitish oblong pill on one side it has a line with no code or letters or numbers on either side ## If a tablet has no markings on it, then it is most likely an over the counter product. All manufactured prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable them to be identified, but that is not the case with over the counter products. Thus, these can be difficult to narrow down. Is about the size of a watson 10/325 yellow tablet. ## Based on the description provided, I may have located a match to your pill. I found the same one lying around and compared it to meds in their correct bottles. This one is a "Premier Pain Reliever Acetaminophen, USP 500mg" ## Hi Victoria, Thanks for sharing this important information on the pill ID. I was just curious to find out if you knew who the manufacturer was? Details on this tablet seem to be rather sparse. Is it a product of the US? I did do some digging around and located a 500mg Acetaminophen liquid solution with the words "Premier Value" standing before it - though it was reportedly labeled by Chain Drug Consortium LLC and made by Aurohealth - So I don't know if there's any connection between the tablet and solution in that regard...

I found a pill with the imprint L917 on it and dont know what it is. It is not scored and has no manufacturer name.
