It is supposed to be a pain pill but it's not working at all. I have been prescribed the medicine and it always worked well enough to allow me to function, but this new pill doesn't work. Found these pills in my mother's pain med bottle (from hospice). Bottle says 7.5/325. I'm suspecting someone switched them out or could they be real in 2018? Worried about my mom! ## No they can't be real. All prescription medication requires an imprint for pill identification.
