Does anyone know what kind of pill this is? Has 555 on one side and 863z on the other. ## Hi Alib, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a white oblong shaped pill with "5|5|5" on one side and "ZE 38" on the back. But if you were to hold it upside down, the back side would look strikingly similar to 863z... This particular pill reportedly contains 15mgs of Buspirone hydrochloride, which is mainly used for treating anxiety. This is a white oblong pill with M on one half of the front of the pill and B3 on the other half......Reverse side is split into thirds and has 5 5 5 on it.
