Oblong White Pill On One Side

I found an oblong white pill, not capsule, with the numbers 277 on one side and nothing on the other side, small about 1/8th of an inch by 1/2". Is this a Tramadol? I found one like it when I bought the house and was able to use the computer to find the answer, no such luck with answers this time.

It just says 300, it's white oblong no other markings on it anywhere! Maybe the 1 in front of the 300 got smudged off at some point? I've been given this white oblong (capule shaped? Not sure what the shape is called) pill with a scorching down the middle and one side is blank the other side has a Q & 300 imprinted on either side of the scorching. I've been told it's a sleeping aid but just wanted to verify exactly what the pill is ## I have the same problem mine is supposed to be quetiapine 300mg. My dosset box has changed the pill my old ones were white. Now they are a faded orangey colour but when I look them up it says they are malaria tablets

Think it is a decongestant across the counter. ## I believe you are correct, from what I can find it contains Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine and is used to treat cold symptoms. I have a white oblonged pill with only the markings 500 on one side. Can anyone tell me what this is? ## Is there any chance that there may be another letter on the other side. Perhaps one that could've been smudged off or faded? The closest matches I'm finding all have at least one number on the other side.
