White oblong tablet with M360 on one side scored down middle on other side what is it? ## This tablet contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin or Lortab, this is a narcotic analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Which Pill Is Stronger?

WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?
