Oblong White Pill L484 On One Side Nothing Other

7 Topics Found

What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). Is it possible that you may have mistaken the "8" for a "3"?

This is an oblong (oval), white tablet with the imprint L 484 on it. Somebody told me it is a pain killer but I don't know exactly what kind it is. Can anybody tell me? ## L484 is Acetaminophen 500 mg, which is generic for Extra Strength Tylenol. Nothing to be concerned about, as it is a common over the counter med. Do you have any other questions about this? Please post back if you have any information to add...

I have this pill. I'm not reading it upside down. It has no manufacturer marks. It just has the letters or numbers 4847 and that's all. ## What pill shape oval size and the inprint of 4847 what are they and what are they called ## Hello Doug, Unfortunately after extensive research nothing comes up for a pill with the imprint 4847. I know that you said you weren't reading it upside down but just in case I found a white oblong pill imprinted with L484 that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500mgs) which is a store brand or generic Extra Strength Tylenol. This would be an exact match to your description but only if read upside down. If you are absolutely sure that you are reading it right side up it may even be a good idea to take it into a local pharmacy and see if th...

I have a white oblong pill with no score, and has an L434 imprint on one side and nothing on the other side. Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484). Acetaminophen is a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). I hope this information helps! ## I can look different ways but if the pill has the letter L be...

white oblong with L484 ## my doctor gave me a prescription for vicodin and when i got my prescription the pills given to me were white oblong with an imprint of L484 on one side and the other was blank. is this pill mixed with narcotics and amphetamines? ## THIS IS NOT VICODIN!!!! NOT ANY TYPE OF NARCOTIC! The white oblong pill marked L484 are nothing more than Acetaminophen 500mgs, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. These are made by LNK Internation and they do not make any prescription products, only over the counter items which are sold in various stores as store brands or generics. If you received this as a prescription for Vicodin then someone has definitely made an error!!!! Please consult your pharmacist for assistance. As I said this is only Acetaminophen 500mgs...
