White big oblong tablet 233 on one side as on other side ## Hi techie, Based on the description provided, the closest match I could find is a white oblong (capsule-shaped) pill marked with "L233" on one side and blank on the other. This particular tablet is identified as Modafinil (100 mg); which is widely used in the treatment of narcolepsy. Manufacturer: Qualitest Pharmaceuticals Is it possible for there to be an "L" in front of those numbers on your pill? You can learn more about this drug on the page for Modafinil Details I hope this helps!

white, oblong pill with L 2 imprint and scored in middle on the back. Cannot find anything on various sites ## I don't have sufficient evidence to say for sure, but the pill might be ibuprofen made by Perrigo. It's oblong and white, and the imprint can easily be mistaken for 12 or l2. The tablet is not scored as you say, but it does have a hifen (dash) in-between the "l-2". There's also an antidiarrheal tablet (by the name of Loperamide) that fits your pill description more accurately as far as being an oblong pill that is scored on the back with "L2" on the front. But this pill is very pale green as opposed to white. Any thoughts on either of these being a match? ## avid - thanks for your input. Definitely is a deep score, definitely is a capital L not an I....

This pill is oval and only has a 51 imprint on it. It is white in the inside and has no other numbers but 51 no other imprint or anything. ## This may be a long shot, but there's a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's brownish-red and oblong with l2 on one side and blank on the other. If you hold it upside down it could appear similar to 5l, depending on the condition of the tablet? For verification, the National Drug Code is 49035-517 and it appears to be a product of Walmart. Perhaps you can contact your local pharmacy and/or poison control to see if this sounds like a possible match. Whereabouts did you get it from? ## How would a 5 look like a 2, even upside down? Seriously.... Type a "2", then turn your phone upside down and look at it. Does it look like a 5? ## David is c...
