This pill is medium sized white oblong with RDY on one side and 392 on the other. I am wondering what it is. ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is identified as Sumatriptan succinate 50 mg; which is used for the treatment of migraine headaches. This particular pill is white, round with RDY on one side and 292 on the other. Manufacturer: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 55111-0292 I figure if this doesn't match your pill, they must at least be manufactured by the same company. Perhaps you can try contacting them directly for more specific details on what this pill might be: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Inc. 200 Somerset Corp. Oblong white pill, what is it? ## PFIZER 551 is a 10 mg Zyrtec coated tablet manufactured by Pfizer. ## Just found 5 pills matching this description in my new bottle of Xyzal 24 hr. What's up with that? I phoned the 800 number on the bottle. A supervisor is to call me back. ## That's interesting Moof, please share what the supervisor says! What I also find interesting is that the person "Troy" who posted that it's a Zyrtec (Cetirizine) back in the day is referring to an OTC allergy medication. And you said you found the mystery tablet inside a bottle of Xyzal 24 hr which is also an allergy medication with a similar sounding ingredient (Levocetirizine). These OTC meds can change in appearance, so please let me know what they say. ## Please disregard my message earlier...

The Internet does not have any info on it. ## Hi Amy, Do you happen to know what the color and shape of this G551 pill is? And where your mom got the bottle of pills from? I noticed other related discussion threads here depicting a white oblong / rectangular pill with this imprint of G551 as well, but haven't come across a match either as of yet. Also, is there any chance that the letter "G" could possibly be something else altogether, or is it pretty apparent and legible? I'm only curious because I did locate a white capsule/oblong-shaped pill with an imprint of PA 551; containing 400mgs of Cimetidine (which is reported to be an a...
