Oblong pill white in color nothing on the other side 4112 ## Hello, Charlie! How are you? I've been unable to find a listing for this, so far and the nature of the imprint leads me to suspect that it may be an over the counter product. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Found an oblong caplet with 4112 on one side. White. Can you tell me what it is? ## Is the marking possibly 4H2? If so, Perrigo lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Cetirizine, which is an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat, or prevent allergy symptoms. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
