So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. white oblong 44-334 ## I cannot find an identification for this exact pill, but I can tell you that pills marked with a 44 followed by additional numbers are over the counter items. ## I spilled my daily medication this morning and found one of the pills you described when crawling on the floor. I couldn't find any information online either. It turned out to be CVS Extra Strength Headache Relief coated caplets. I'm not in the medical field but I hope that helps.
