The marking is actually L434, this tablet is manufactured by Perrigo and they list it as containing 60mgs of Pseudoephedrine and 2.5mgs of Tripolodine. It is a cold remedy. Taking that many of them would result in overdose, the symptoms as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, nervousness, involuntary tics, trouble breathing, elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure and there is a risk of it being fatal.
