Large tan oblong pill with L on one side and R on the other. Any idea what it is? ## The closest match I'm finding to this description is that of a large white oblong pill, with "R" and "1" spaced apart on the front of the pill. The back side of the pill reads "JANSSEN". This pill is identified as an antipsychotic medication, Risperdal 1 mg. Manufacturer: Janssen Pharmaceuticals National Drug Code (NDC): 50458-0300 I know it doesn't completely match your pill, but it's closest thing on the web that I can find. I have a small light tan oblong pill. On one side it has 149 and the other side has 93, what is it? Is this a generic vicodin? ## This is not Vicodin. It is most likely Naproxen 500 mg (NDC 0615-3563, among others), although the color is reportedly more of a light reddish. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used for the reduction of moderate to severe pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness. I found a pill that is an off white/light tan color thats oval and is blank on one side then has vicodin writin on the other. Ive never seen a vicodin look like this so im wondering if its fake or if its from another country. ## There is a name brand Vicodin that's a white oblong tablet with the word VICODIN on one side, it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Its a medium sized oblong pill with an orangish tanish coating, non-scored and on one side has ae on it. I think this was a rantanadine I got from sam's club many moons ago. But just want to be sure. ## I can't find a listing for this, but that makes sense if it's an over the counter product, because those aren't required to be listed with the FDA. If so, Glenmark Generics lists it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat moderate pain, fever, and swelling. Hi, trying to find out why I hace hives. I think my sertraline 50mg , blue, oblong with 50mg on one side and G4900 on the other side is causing the hives. Only have half of pill its oblong but flat top n bottom last number's are 012D 1/2 the pill is aprox. 1/2 inch its the color of spicy brown mustered. I suppose in certain lighting it could appear peach colored, but you can view a photo of the pill on the manufacturer's page (linked below): As you can see, it was identified as Oxycodone 5mg + ibuprofen 400mg, and is manufactured by Actavis.
