Red, oval caplet ## Drug manufactured with an L are only over the counter drugs, not prescriptions. This one is Acetaminophen 650mgs. ## This red caplet stamped L217 was found in a botttle of Tylenlos, Arthritis-650mg.. Would like to knwo what it is and why it was in said bottle. ## I found this pill on my sons room ans ir is re, oblong, with the imprints of L217....What is ir?
