I found a bright pink oblong pill with #324 on one side. I have a pill here that is pinkish and is stamped with a black label that looks like a backwards G 500 on one side. No other marks. What is it? The closest match I can find is Ranexa (500 mg) which is used in the treatment of Angina. It belongs to the drug class "antianginal agents".
