Right now I have a very painful stiff neck that's been troubling me for a week to date. And just to confirm, this is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a National Drug Code of 51824-0017. Acetaminophen (otherwise known as Tylenol) may help a little bit, but Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine used for allergies, so it's pretty much useless for pain in my opinion. A257 an their is a slash inbetween the 2 an the 5 it's blue an oblong shape ## The only tablet that I've been able to find with this marking is an oval white tablet, with blue specks that contains Phentermine, which is used to aid in weight loss. Where was it found? I'm wondering if the company may have changed the tablet, or if it's a foreign medication? Can you also double check the imprint, please? I got it out, but I need to know if it could be dangerous for him. ## In such cases, you should always call poison control or your nearest emergency room, rather than posting on a free website and waiting for an answer.
