off white oblong tablet with imprint either 66N6 or 99N9. found in amox tr-k clv 500-125 mg tasan bottle but had received wrong pills in one of two RX's, so not sure? any ideas? ## Sorry- the other way around is 9N99. ## The marking is actually GG N6 and yes, it is the correct medication, a generic for the antibiotic Augmentin, pharmacies sometimes do this when they have some pills left over from one order and have switched to a different generic supplier. There's really too many different types of drugs and manufacturers to pin point every pill that contains sulfa, but with the imprint I can lookup and contact the manufacturer of this pill, regarding your concern. The link below lists a few medications that notably contain sulfa, but there are a lot of mixed answers floating around the net that pertain to Amoxicillin: For future reference I would just clarify with your doctor and/or local pharmacy that you have an allergy to sulfa; this way your current and future prescriptions won't contain any. There are two pills, and I think they are antibiotics? but could be mood pills. 1) Oblong, powder pink colour--it is NOT a capsule; 3/4 long, about 1/4fat (deep), and just over 1/4 wide. One side says largely: APO and the other says 500 . There is also a raised band, same colour and everything as the rest, going lengthwise all the way around right in the middle of the side. 2) This might be the same drug, smaller dose: Same shape, same band around the middle sides, but 1/2 long, 1/4 wide, and below 1/4 fat. It's bright red, the same colour of the ok and submit buttons on this site. Apo on one side, 125 on the other.
