oblong black pill no markings

The exterior is a smooth black. Its a rectangular cupsule type shape. There are no markings, it is solid. Not liquid or gel. 1/2 a inch long and 1/4 in width. The interior is a tanish compressed powder, with a little yellow and white. Smells like something sour, not in an old kinda way. ## @russains123, Being that there's no markings, it may be anyone's best guess as to what it is. However if I were you and had the resources I would probably look into getting the contents analyzed by a lab for 100% verification on the substance's identity. From your description, it doesn't sound like any type of dietary supplement I've encountered (with the exception of some pre/post workout supplements) - but I wouldn't put it past being something more natural either since there... ...

Maroon Pill Oblong no markings
1 Reply RSS
I found 2 maroon pills in my sons backpack. There is no identifying imprints they are soft gels about an inch long. Can you please try to identify them ## U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. However, the way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so there are many, many pills on the market, both over the counter and prescription that meet that description. In this case it just comes down to who your son got the pills from and whether or not it was a reliable source. Other than that there's not much you can do, since there are no markings on the pills. I would initially assume that... ...

half grey half purple oblong pill

Purple portion of pill looks almost plastic. Has "L" imprinted on purple half. ## Hi Sonnie, Is this something you got from overseas by chance? Only asking because the closest match I'm finding doesn't quite fit every aspect of your description (although it does share some similar features). What I found is oblong/capsule-shaped with an "L" imprint on a lighter blue half and a "6" on the purple half... there's also a grey stripe/band wrapping around the center of the capsule. This particular pill is identified as a CVS Extra Strength Pain Relief PM Gelcap; containing a combination of Acetaminophen + Diphenhydramine HCL. Since this pill is available over the counter I would also suggest bringing your tablet into a local pharmacy for other comparisons f... ...

Supposedly it's for pain, but I'm not too sure. Just found white oval soft gel no outside lettering or markings with an orange substance in the inside. Any ideas what this could be? ## Hi Bean, Honestly there's no way to really identify something that has no markings, unless you get it lab tested. But based on your description, I get the sense that this is more than likely some sort of dietary supplement, such as omega-3 fish oil, vitamin E, or some other OTC medication. I can only say that because I have actually seen certain fish oil and vitamin supplements both come in gel capsules like that. Did you just happen to find this pill somewhere or were you sold it? ...

Grabbed for the Aleve Liquid gels & never paid attention to what color they were but there were 4 left & they were a red capsule. My boyfriend needed 1 for a bad haedache this morning but he later asked what I gave him & I told him what I had given him & he said either they are messing with his migraine medicine or they are not what they said they were. I cut it open & it was a cream colored powder. Any idea what this is? ## It also did NOT have any imprint on them. ## It's an over the counter product, so it isn't required to have an imprint. And it could be that he shouldn't take them with his migraine medication, they may be contraindicated. What does he take for his migraines? Knowing that would help me to research this and perhaps discover where the p... ...

Blue/Green Gel Pain Pill marked TB 200
1 Reply RSS
Can anyone tell me what this is? Someone sent these pills home with my husband stating they help with menstrual pain... I'm not a big advocate of pain meds - especially when I don't know what they are. These pills have TB 200 marked on them and they are blue/green, oblong gel pill . Any ideas? Thanks! ## The marking is actually intended to be IB 200, the bottom of the capital I just doesn't stamp very well on the gel substance. This is a generic or store brand of Motrin and contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, so it is nothing dangerous. It is a NSAID that is commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. You can purchase them in almost any store. The gel capsules are meant to allow it t dissolve and work faster. Common side effects may include; nausea, drowsiness, headache and s... ...
