Just got these pills from my pharmacy after getting long white ones with the imprint m523 on it which by the way I love. But these new ones from alvogen are absolutely horrible!! I am still in a lot of pain and the feeling I get from them are next to nothing like the m523. I am wondering if the pharmacy will exchange them for me if they have my old ones in stock?
