Hi, i have recently been prescribed norgestimate eth-estradiol and i have never taken BCP, so i am confused about when to start because its already been 10 days after my last period. ## You can start them at any time, however, if they aren't started on the first day of your menstrual cycle, then you will need to use additional protection for the first 7 days, before they will become effective at preventing pregnancy. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I'm taking Tri-Linyah (ethinyl estradiol + norgestimate). Do I continue to take the inactive pills after my period has started?

I just got my. BCP today im on. Norgestimate will my period stop ## Some woman don't have their period, while taking hormonal contraceptives, but some women do. There's really no way to say whether or not you will, you just have to wait and see how your body reacts to it. Did you start the first day of your period, or at another time? Menopause starts before two years. Last period April-2015. After 17 months one night belly lower pain starts & later bleeding starts light bleeding. Dr. advice after 15 days of bleeding completed to take the medicine 10 tab. one tab each day. want to know side effect or necessity though I am fully well now. I was on Tri Sprintec for ever! My doctor gave me Tri Nessa last month and today when i went to pick up my script it is Norgestimate Eth Estradiol Tab. Ive head this one makes girls gain weight more and breaks out their skin more.
