Norfloxacin For Loose Motion

i am having loose motion since last 5 days(3 -4 times a day) ,even i am taking norflox-TZ,sporolac powder medicine daily ,also eating banans,but not getting any relieve(should i stopped to drink tea & eating little spicy food, for few days )pls help me.i am very uncomfortable. ## What has your doctor advised? I took Norflox TZ twice daily for 3 days for loose motion; now observing blood in my stool. Can this be related to Norflox? ## Are you seeing bright red fresh blood, or is old and black? whenever i taken norflox tz tablets for loose motions result was posative. but since last 2months it is suden stoping loose motions and causing consipation regular evacuation rectum not possible,last i hav taken one dose ,loose motions stop, but not feeling stomach comfortable.thats y not taken 2nd dose. ## Norflox-TZ contains Norfloxacin and Tinidazole, it is an antibiotic that's used to treat infections, it actually isn't used to treat diarrhea. hello sir! i just want to know that norflox tz and oflox oz and zenflox oz are the above are same? can we use any of them during diarrehoea, loose motion with pain ## No, they are not all the same, since Norflox TZ contains Norfloxacin and Tinidazole, while the other two medications contain Ofloxacin with Ornidazole, but they are used to treat the same conditions, such as infections, and protozoal infections. The problem is that they can cause diarrhea, and stomach pain, as side effects, according to NIH reports, so you shouldn't take them, unless a doctor has told you to do so. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, and headache. Are you on any other medications? Has anything changed in your diet, recently?
