I just got my first RX of them ' and i am having Some Unuasl ' side effects from them , I was one of the one's who got the pink 10 / 500 that got recalled because of to much acetaminophen in them , and these yellow one's are doing the same thing but worse . ## Hello, Mariaf! How are you doing? They weren't recalled due to having too much Acetaminophen, all such combination products are being lowered to contain no more than 325mgs per dose, so those ones just aren't available anymore from any manufacturer. As to the yellow ones, can you post back with more details on them, such as the markings on them? Thank you! ## She is talking about the v3601 I think and that's the ones I have questions about. I was on the 10/500 or 10/650 but never 10/325 and it doesn...

What is the difference in the white oblong pill with m367 and the yellow with a V and 3601? ## The only difference between these two tablets is that they are manufactured by different companies. The one with the M marking is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the one with the V is manufactured by Vintage/Qualitest. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. But both are the same dosage and contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Verwon, Your wrong. It's very apparent that you are not taking these pills, and/or you have never had a long standing chronic pain problem, and had to go from ...

What Drug Store sell these in Northridge, Ca and what is the difference, if any ## I'm sorry, but there is no central listing to let anyone know what drug store carries a medication from any given manufacturer. Learn more Norco details here. Even attempting to create such a database would be a virtually impossible task, since such information is dynamic. Most pharmacies will stock whichever one their supplier was offering at the cheapest price. As to the difference, what are you wanting to compare them to? ## I live in Diamond Bar, and the only pharmacy I can get the yellow Norcos at is Walgreens. Those work the absolute best for me!!! Is there anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area (200 mile radius) where I could get Yellow Norco 10/325, produced by Watson? I was told by Watson customer service that the yellow are no longer made, and that there is absolutely no difference. After reading comments on different medical web sites, it seems that many are having a miserable time of it, and several mentioned Walgreen's as having the yellow tablets. If this is not possible, what other drug might have the same properties? My doctor is OK with trying something new, but he's Kaiser - with 1,350 patients. He just does not have the time to research what may or may not work for me! ## Hello, Ann! How are you? That is correct, the yellow ones are no longer being manufactured, any pharmacy that still has them is just selling...

Ok, I don't care what people say, pharmacy or manufacturer, the yellow norcos are stronger and work different. It is getting extremely more and more difficult to find the yellow norcos. From what I can tell, the major pharmacy's, ie: WalMart, cvs, Walgreens, target, etc, all have either the plain white ones, it the white ones with reddish/pinkish dots on them, and the smaller mom and pop(good neighborhood pharmacy's) have the yellow. Last month I filled mine at target, got the white oblong norcos (10/325). Today, I filled mine at a small good neighborhood pharmacy in Ontario, California, name available upon request, and I got the yellow Watson Norco. Again, huge difference. I don't think they quit making them, I just think that when buying in bulk as a large pharmacy doe...

I had seven yellow norcos in a bag and left them in the pocket of my pants... put the pants in washer for a few min. They are still yellow an only desolved a lil. Will they still work??? ## From your description, I would probably encourage you to toss them for one good reason; and that's because you probably don't want to ingest any residue from whatever laundry detergent you used at the time. If it were not for that, IMHO, they might've still been fine to take, but may be noticeably less potent from having been partially dissolved. I hope this helps!

I've found it difficult to get this across because the line being towed by pharmasists and drug companies is a disciplined one.. You might get an honest answer from an independently owned pharmacy pharmasist.. But the truth is there are in many cases huge differences in generics and brands.. Ask yourself why a brand is $150 to the gen. $4.00..?? What confuses me is why isn't the public at large more sure of this crooked racket.. I've got nerve damage and have been on Norco for years. This is a great drug to hold up as an example of the nastiness being practiced. Now you won't find wide ranging discrepancies in heart meds or blood pressure meds but you absolutely will within the opioid and benzo family of meds. If you really want the truth ask your doctor, they know.. Tha...

When it comes to yellow Norco (imprint: V 3601), you can NOT tell if it's counterfeit unless you compare it to a real pill. They look REAL in every sense except that the edges of the pill are crumbly, they lack that shine in the coating, they break easily and the "V" is slightly different on the bottom. Beware. ## How to tell a fake yellow NORCO! READ!! There are a lot of fake yellow Norcos out there. One fool proof way to know if they are fake is the following. The real yellow Norcos with imprint 36 01 on one side and a V on the other, will have a small skinny ring around the V. It's barely visible to the eye, but if you look close enough u will see it. If u touch the pill and your hands are sweaty u can rub it off. The skinny ring around the V starts on the top left co...

Is there an over the counter med that looks close to yellow norco? I'm checking to see if our sitter has changed meds on us. ## Are there any markings on it? I need this information to check for you. Can you please post back and clarify? All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique markings on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency, according to FDA law. Thus, if they are unmarked, they are not a legal U.S. prescription medication. The FDA also warns that Norco carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

I have an oblong yellow pill with a line down the middle and the numbers 36 01 on it. On the reverse it looks like a cursive V. I have been reading this BBs discussed w/ numerous pharmacists some understand and others just nod but nowhere is it not known or been said the yellow beats the white even when made by the same company. I believe this from first hand experience. It no longer matters to me if I simply have an affinity for yellow or colored pills in general. Yellow is good, if the pills are the same defunety I will take the small yellow Norco 10/325 (x2) rather than a handful of the white ones. Is that simple enough? The company needs to know yellow = great, white = bad and do whatever they have been doing change nothing. It is ridiculous to stress chronic pain patience over 1 part per million or some $00.02 die per 1000 pills or more just go with what works please. Put a V in it and make it tight with a ...
