My boyfriend got perscribed a blue norco with watson iand 540 on it?1000mg? what does this do?? ## Okay first off, there is no Norco that contains 1,000mgs of anything. The tablets with the WATSON 540 marking contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic pain reliever. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and constipation. Learn more: Are there any other questions or comments? ## Norco is hydrocodone just with less acetaminophen than it's famous cousin Lortab which has 500mg. There is a generic hydrocodone with 650mg acetaminophen, usually green. I familiar with 5mg, 7.5, 10mg hydrocodone and the amount of acetaminophen gives the medication it's name in this case.

are v 3604 and m357's the same pill just diff look and markings? ## Hello, Roach! How are you? No, while they both contain 5mgs of Hydrocodone, the amounts of Acetaminophen are different. The tablet with the 3604 V marking only contains 325mgs of it, while the M 357 tablet contains 500mgs of it and is no longer available. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Is a norco 365 stronger then a vicodin 357 and why ## Based on my research, Norco M365 is "weaker" than Vicodin M357. It's simply a matter of each pill containing a different dosage of Acetaminophen. Norco M365 contains: Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). Vicodin M357 contains: Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). Learn More: Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you. ## Is m365 stronger than m360 in vicodin ? ## I had a doctor prescribe the 5-300 Vicodin, and not only did it cost a whole lot more ($68 for 60 when 120 Norco cost $44), but in didn't work as well as the Norco.

Any suggestions and what are the withdrawl symptoms I can espect? ## M363 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, this is a generic for Norco or Vicodin, a narcotic analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You can read more here: Jules, have you consulted your doctor on this? this site is not medical professionals and only your doctor could provide you with the best advice on this, the taper schedule and possible withdrawal effects will vary according to how long you've been on it and how much you've been taking. ## I have talked t...

I'm taking percocet 10/650mg. I have (DDD), (Athritis), and the list goes on. I have a friend on Norco. Can you tell me what the difference is between them and the highest mg the norco comes in? THANK YOU SO MUCH! ## The Percocet is way better then the Norco, and the reason is because Percocet contains Oxycodone and Norco contains Hydrocodone. What im trying to say is Oxycodone is a stronger and longer lasting Opiate then Norco. {Edited for safety} just make sure to watch how much Tylenol/Acetaminophen ur taking, try not to take more 4000 to 5000mgs cause it can damage ur liver. The best Percocet you can get is 10-650 and 10-325 The best Norco you can get is 10-325 or Lorcets which are 10-650 . Hope this helped in anyway at all and fell free to ask me any questions u have about Pers...

what is the difference between Norco 10 325mg Vs Loratab 500mg.? ## They both are different name brands for a combination medication that contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, but the dosages can be different. You didn't mention the dose of Hydrocodone in the Lortab, but the 325 and 500 would refer to the milligrams of Acetaminophen that are in them, it helps the narcotic to work better. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have severe back and hip pain. Is it safe to take norco 4.5 hours after taking a 500mg naproxen? Thank you. ## They can be taken together, as long as you have the approval of a medical professional. The FDA does warn that Norco carries the risk of being habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I had foot surgery and my Dr prescribed me Norco 10's. Can I take Naproxen 500 with that to ease pain?

white oblong pill with TCL 341 on it ## Yes this is a painkiller, its very potent so be careful taking it, if you have multiple do not take more than one. I take it and it works very well for me but sometimes I feel its to strong. Its Acetaminophen 500mg. ## Hello, Mickey! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Time-Cap Labs and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is available over the counter and is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. Thus, it is not any type of narcotic or controlled substance. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## It's a genetic tylonol, Ms Right(sometimes). If that feels to strong to you I would definitely stay away from any a...

I just got my first RX of them ' and i am having Some Unuasl ' side effects from them , I was one of the one's who got the pink 10 / 500 that got recalled because of to much acetaminophen in them , and these yellow one's are doing the same thing but worse . ## Hello, Mariaf! How are you doing? They weren't recalled due to having too much Acetaminophen, all such combination products are being lowered to contain no more than 325mgs per dose, so those ones just aren't available anymore from any manufacturer. As to the yellow ones, can you post back with more details on them, such as the markings on them? Thank you! ## She is talking about the v3601 I think and that's the ones I have questions about. I was on the 10/500 or 10/650 but never 10/325 and it doesn...

What Is Better: Watson Lorcet 10 Or Norco10/325 - And What's The Difference? ## If the dosage is the same, then the only difference is who has manufactured it. Both contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Are there any other questions? ## my doctor had me on lorcet 10/650 and change to lorcet 10/325 what's the different are they the same?I had three back surgery ## The only difference is the amount of acetaminophen contained in each pill. The 10/650 dose contains 650 mg's of acetaminophen and the 10/325 dose contains, you guessed it, 325 mg's. He had to switch because the FDA does not allow doses of acetaminophen over 500 mg's per pill, in any pill, w...

Please tell me is amoxicillin the same as norco 325mgs? Dropped of script for norco 325 and came out with amoxicillin 500mg? Are they the same? ## Hello, Melissa! How are you? No, they are not the same, at all. Norco is a narcotic analgesic that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, it is used to relieve pain and the FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, plus it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. However, Amoxicillin is an antibiotic that is used to treat or prevent bacterial infections. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Have you informed your pharmacist?

i heard that norco had less tylonal and asprin than in vicodan ## Norco - 5/325 - has: hydrocodone 5 mg. and acetaminophen 325 mg. Norco - has 10 mg hydrocodone, and 325 mg acetaminophen. Vicodin - 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen. Vicodin ES - 7.5 mg. hydrocodone and 750 mg acetaminophen. ## Neither Norco, nor Vicodin have Aspirin in them. They have acetaminophen (APAP). ## Correct; neither have aspirin. Vicodin is probably the worst hydrocodone-containing compound available. The absolute lowest amount of liver-destroying paracetamol (acetaminophen in the USA) in any 'Vicodin' product is 500mg. What is generally referred to as 'Norco' (Watson) is 10mg/325mg. However, in personal eperience of this rather weak narcotic analgesic which is also completely overprice...

Just wondering if the g037 is the same as Watson 10/325. THE 853 NORCO DOES NOT HELP MY PAIN AS WELL AS THE YELLOW TINTED ONES. PLUS THEY UPED THE PRICE DOUBLE. ## I used CVS for my prescriptions until last month, when I tried Walgreens to fill my script for Norco 10/325. When I saw they were white instead of yellow I thought I was given the 5/500 strength in error, since I knew those are white. I called Walgreens and was assured these Watson 853's were the exact same ingredients as the Norco 10/325. After taking my usual dosage, I was shocked to feel almost no relief....maybe 10% relief. After this happened, i went on the internet and read about others who had the same bad experience. Today when I got my new script I went back to Walgreens and told the pharmacy I wanted the other generic, NOT the Watson 853. They said that's the only...

Is it possible to get 10/325? I take other prescribed meds and want to know if the 10/325 would be better for stomach upsets. ## Zoie in my opinion the 10/325 is easier on the gut and for sue the liver!! Ive been on 10/650 10/500 now down to 7.5/325 , Just my opinion and they worked just as well whether with or without more acetaminophen. I read they are coming out with zohydro!1 hydrocone-the main ingredient of norco, lotrab, vicodin, but ive heard of this a year ago, so it will be nice to get all the acetominophen that's causing liver damage out!! ## As of now, the ones with the higher doses of Acetaminophen are no longer available in the U.S. They have all been lowered to contain 325mgs per dose. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may ca...

The Watson White Generic Lortab 10-500 has been changed and they DO NOT work to relieve Pain thanks to our regulaters. I have taken the blue ones for years for chronic pain and I can say Diffinently they Do Not Work ! Go to Norco 10-525 and add childrens tylneol to get 500 mg acetiminifen and you will get the help the ue Watsons use to give. Just stop using the white ones so they will feel the decline in sales! Fact! ## Watson was bought out by Actavis. I checked the website and the yellow Norco is also white. This new company has obviously changed the fillers/binders/diluents. The website does not say what "inactive" ingredients are in these new tablets either so that we can compare. They may even have the same ingredients, but a different manufacturing process using different ...

Currently I am taking two tablets of Norco, Hydroco/apap 7.5-325 tab. If I suddenly switched to Winadeine, 500 ,g8 what would be the consequences? ## Hello, Larry! How are you? The FDA lists Winadeine as containing Codeine and Acetaminophen, so you won't get comparable pain relief. Codeine is much weaker than Hydrocodone. You'd actually need 50mgs of Codeine to equal each 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone that you were taking. You couldn't take that many of the Winadeine tablets, because you'd end up overdosing on the Acetaminophen, which could be fatal. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help...
