pink and black capsule Brand names vs geneic drugs

I take norco for my back. only respond to the brand name. I also take cymbalta and lyrica but my insurance will not cover it (medicare)my pharmacy bill totals $2500.00 to $3400.00 a month out of pocket They suggest I take the the generic brand which does not work for me.
