Are there any other questions or concerns? ## I trying find good pharmacy I don't like CVS and Walgreen

Taking generic brand of Norco 5-325. Had surgery on foot for bone spur. Works ok when awake. have a little pain at the surgery site. But after 60-90 minutes of sleep I wake up in lots of pain. Once I wake up and move around a little the pain goes away. Sleeping and awake I elevate my foot. So is the painkiller working at all? ## Hello, Liz! How are you doing? I am concerned about taking both prescriptions, as I am tired all the time. I tell my Dr., but he says if it keeps the pressure down keep taking them. Just wondered if I am the only one out there feeling this way. ## no i feel the same way very tired all the time can not even clean house ## That is a nornal side effect for these, it should, however, wear off after a few weeks as your body adjusts to the med and the change in your blood pressure. If it doesn't, then please speak to your doctor again and make sure to stress how severe it is. ## i also take both medicines norvasac and linsopril. norco 539 imprint. The 539 is slightly different than the imprint on the available picture of this product. Could it be counterfeit? The color is a darker yellow but I think that's ok. ## When you order from a foreign country, you always run the risk of getting counterfeit products, so yes, that is a possibility. However, some variations in the color and imprint are normal and do happen just through the normal manufacturing process. Norco contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic pain reliever. Is anyone else familiar with these pills? ## Just as a follow -up on my NORCO 539 imprint inquiry...if the pill is NOT licenced to be made by WATSON how can one verify the ingredients? I'll ask CVS to NOT fill it if they use this company!!! ## Hello, Freda! How are you? I'm very sorry the medication from this manufacturer didn't work for you. Just like any generic, however, it works great for some people, but not everyone. But, you are always free to go to a different pharmacy to see if they carry one from a different manufacturer. I actually always hate the nasty taste I'd get from one my medications and was delighted, when I transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and discovered that they carry one from a different manufacturer that is film coated. Qualist manufacturer has a pill that states it to be a 5/325 the reads reads v 3604. To my knowledge I thought anything with the # 325 in it is usually a norco ## Hello, Reb! How are you? The V doesn't stand for what the tablet contains, that is just the manufacturers logo, so having a V on it does not make it Vicodin. The V stands for Vintage Pharmaceuticals, they were purchased by Qualitest several years ago and there are many pills with the V logo that don't contain narcotics of any type. Additionally, Norco is just a name brand for a certain combination of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone….while it was originally ones that just contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, with several doses of the Hydrocodone, since it is available as a generic now, they are pretty much all just us...
