How many others have tried mixing the Nootropics Aniracetam and Piracetam together? I've been taking the two together for about a month now and I'm noticing that I'm maintaining a much higher level of focus, while still having a certain "meditative" attitude towards what I'm learning. From what I've read at online the two can actually work together quite synergetically. Considering that Piracetam acts on stimulating the GABA and Corpus Callosum, where as Aniracetam stimulates the AMPA I can see how the two can be advantageous, and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced positive gains from using the two simultaneously. Is it necessary to take more choline since I'm taking more than one Racetam now? Thanks in advance. ## I've tried Aniracetam an...

She is 88 and had a stroke a month and a half ago. What is the effect of nootropics on the thinning of blood, especially when one takes Pradaxa? What is the effect on blood pressure? ## @adamit, Sorry to hear about the recent stroke your mom had. I hope she's well on her way to doing better. I too have read that Oxiracetam is more effective than Piracetam for improving various brain disorders, including dementia. However I have yet to come across any specific details that evaluate it's safety along with a pharmaceutical preparation such as Pradaxa. For some reason drug interaction checkers typically only work on pharmaceutical ...

I have a patient who takes psychotherapy from me and suffers from various slight psychological and neurological symptoms. He OD'ed some time ago with a mix of substances; his slightly reworded history is below. Warning: patient's recall of events discussed is pretty inexact, and he thinks that his short memory was impaired in some way at that time. All throughout - countless cigarettes; anamnesis includes heavy alcohol and nootropics abuse +0:00 200mg DXM HBr, 100mg codeine phosphate +20:00 100mg DXM HBr +30:00 unindentified "legal LSD" powder It all started with a typical "why not have some DXM" weekend. All went as usual, except that previous lack of sleep made him feel slightly dumb and unconcentrated. He extracted 200mg of DXM, and went for a walk. Next morni...

I am pre-menopausal and get a bit irritable at times. My doctor prescribed half a tablet twice a day. Is this the right medication? I read an article about Clodazam (main ingredient for Urbanol) which doesn't sound all that good. ## Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor? Urbanol does contain Clobazam, which is a Benzodiazepine derivative, they are most commonly used to treat anxiety, but they can be habit forming. They may also cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness and irritability. Learn more: ## I know this is wrong... but my friend used it and he once gave me one cause I was crying the whole day. (My grandfather died) and it helped. Not sure how, but now whenever I feel upset I just drink one, sometimes two. Is this bad?? ## Urbanol with Nootropics ?...
