A 14 yr old boy has taken only one dose of Zempred 8mg for a severe allergy on his face & arms (rash which is red, itchy and sandpaper like) in combination with Fluticort ointment. Is it fine to discontinue the pill and have a non steroidal med instead as I'm afraid of giving him a steroid since he's asthmatic too? Will stopping the medicine after only one pill of Zempred cause further harm?

According to the manufacturer, Janssen-Cilag, it contains Paracetamol, so it is neither a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, nor is it any type of opiate.
