No Tylenol In Vicodin With Acetaminophen

anyone else taking generic tylenol 4 made by teva? my pharmacy just switched brands and taking ONE feels like i'm taking FOUR. but that's only every third pill... they dont feel consistent but regardless they feel WAYYYY over the regular strength of codeine. it feels like i'm taking codiene and vicodin at the same timme and i hate it. ## Is there any chance that the times when it seems to hit stronger are also times where you might have eaten less, or not eaten anything yet? If so, that could explain the inconsistency right there. V.A. sent me hydrocodone 5mg/acetaminophen 325mg. It has red dots all over, with # 3202 on one side, and Watson on the other side. So, is this really hydrocodone, 5, with acetaminophen 325 mg ? My levels came back high for hydrocodone, on blood test, but Rx said " no more than 8 in a 24 hour period, and I have never taken more than that, in 24 hour period. Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Acetaminophen is an analgesic and antipyretic, however, Vicodin contains the narcotic Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen, so they just aren't comparable. I take 10 mg hydrocodone daily. I binge drank Saturday night and have been sick in bed with a tremendous hangover for 3 days. I need to know what kind of pill this is and whether it has any vicodin in it. ## Tylenol PM is an over the counter product that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it is used to help with pain and mild insomnia that may be caused by it. The 10 is the Vicodin and the 325 is the acetaminophen. I broke my arm 3 yrs ago and was already on 5/500 they gave me 10/325 and they were MUCH stronger to me than my normal 5/500. ## !0/325 10 is the hydrocodone. You could go to the grocery store for the tylenol that constitutes the 325

People have no conception what Chronic Pain feels like and what we go through. Because know one wants to hear it. I am 67 years old and have OA in my neck and back, both knees and ankles. I am allowed 1 pill 7.5 mg, 325 acetaminophen every 4 hours. I am on Vicodin watch. I feel the need to stress my point with Chronic pain warriors. We suffer 24/7, we can't sleep do to pain. I was on tylox 5/500 4 times per day for years due to a motorcycle accident with a scorpion back break. I have had 2 surgeries and now lots of scar tissue and severe arthritis in my lower back with severe chronic pain. When they removed tylox with acetaminophen my dr. prescribed percocet 5/325 in jan 2014. Since that time i itched like crazy. Dr. sent me to dermatologist who sent a report that it was lasix coming out of my body but dr. said that was not what was causing itching, but never told me what was causing it. Now pharmacist says the fillers and binding agents cause allergic reactions that are making lots of people itch.
