Daily dose should be spaced, at least, 6 hours apart. Taking more 1,000mgs at once or exceeding 4,000mgs in a day can be toxic and may cause severe organ damage. Are there any other questions?

Concerning the use of Butylscopolamine + Paracetamol, the indications do state that it can be used for various types of gastrointestinal diseases, including intestinal spasms/cramps. However - I have yet to come across any dosing instructions specifically laid out for children. My findings only show adult dosing guidelines. So it seems to me like it would probably still be best to contact your doctor just to play it safe. I hope this helps!

I got my tonsils out last tuesday (I live in Spain) and the doctor prescribed Paracetamol 1gm and Nolotil (Metamizole) 575mg to be taken ever 8 hours on alternating 8 hours. I have been taking Yasmin for a few years now with no problems. I have been taking Zaldiar (paracetamol, tramadol) twice a day for about a week as a pain killer for a partial tear of my shoulder's rotator cuff condition; everytime I took the pill I would feel a little dizzy, but it wasn't really that bad and it did help to lessen the pain; however since yesterday I started feeling pretty strange and I blamed it on the pill, so I stopped taking it, and the pain came back, it turned out that what I really have now is an UTI, therefore while waiting for the culture due on wednesday, I gave been given Spasmo Urolong; since the pain for my shoulder condition is back I was wondering if I could take both meds; wouldn't there be side effects by taking both?
