My Dr prescribed Adco-Metronida 400mg for me to take 1x3 and I just took my last dosage for the day. I then had a cup of coffee and I started vomiting. Does this mean that I can't consume coffee until the treatment is finished? ## Have you been taking them with food or on an empty stomach? I'm thinking that it's most likely just a side effect of the medication and not directly related to the coffee consumption. I have been taking cipla spasmocip plus from last 6 to 7 months since the baan and no availabitty of walkhout spasmocip earlier cipla was good substitute but it is still available in black market but no good I think it is duplicate and could be fatal as many of my friend are getting sick and some people have died too since then I have reduced my dosage to reduce withdrawal symptoms so I really want this poison to stop so if there is someone in power to do something please do something to stop it and above all one strip cost around 400 to 450 while the actual price of one box is 100 rs

I have started Eliquis for the second time (gave up on first try after 4 days). I have been taking 400 mil Lamictall for bipolar 1 --for about a year and have noticed I have gradual memory loss and confusion since I've begun this drug. I leave water running, put stuff in the wrong places and can't seem to focus anymore. I feel spacey most or all of the time. Is this a normal side effect for this drug? ## Yes, most of these types of medications can cause that, with long-term use. I have not been able to find a medicine that helps with what my doctor thinks is Gerd. The last medicine was protonix and within 21/2 weeks I am having side effects. Ankles are spasming as well as hands however I have spondilosis. I have never had spasms in these areas until protonix and I still have food that gets stuck and continuous hiccups. I have been taking bosulif for a little over a year now. I first started with 300 mg with very few side effects. About 10 months ago the dose was raised to 400 mg. Worst side effect with that was the diarrhea, but was manageable. 4 months ago, the dose increased to 500 mg. Since this last increase, I have had terrible chest pains. Both with activity and at rest. Am taking a number of medications for the coronary artery spasms that the doctor claims is the cause of the chest pain. The pain never seems to go away entirely, even with the constant dose escalations of heart medication. Has anyone ever heard of this problem while taking bosulif? Not sure what to do. How good does Baclofen work? Does it have any side effects? ## Does anyone take this drug for trigminal neurolgia. I take gabapentin, 400mg (2 x3times a day). I am really suffering, so dr suggested taking baclofen (pacifen) as well. Anyone have any comments? ## Well Baclofen is a muscle relaxant, so it does help if part of your pain is caused by muscle aches, sprains, or spasms. the only way to really know it to try it for a few weeks and see if helps you. As to the Gabapentin, some people get great results from it and some don't, it really only works for certain types of nerve pain, so it does not help everyone and it is not a pain reliever. I suggest speaking to your doctor about it as if you have been on it for awhile with no luck, then it is time to switch and try something else...

I was recently prescribed 50mg Revia. I'm currently in the 25mg period with 4 days to go until I begin the full dosage. Before this, I was taking 125mg L-dopa/velvet bean extract (800mg) plus 400mg 5-HTP on a daily basis for my depression. It does WONDERS for my depression but now I have to take this opioid antagonist and I'm wondering if there will be a drug interaction even though I'm taking dopamine.
