Has anyone had problems with lamotrigine (generic Lamictal) manufactured by Northstar Rx ## My pharmacy changed my Teva brand of Lamotrigine to North Star brand. Has anyone noticed a difference with the difference switching brands? ## Yes. I take lamotrigine for bi-polar depression. I have found that the Northstar version of the drug doesn't work. I took it and my mood crashed. Then I got back on the Teva made lamotrigine, and my mood stabilized. I believe the Northstar product in effective. My mom in law is 98 and she takes losartan/hctz, she didn't realize it's for bp she thot it was water only and she takes it every other day. I haven't been able to fill my Norco 10/325's for over a week now. I started at my RiteAid pharmecy and waiting a week. How can you tell if acetaminophen is a rx or just otc? Is the dosage a clue? ## Based on my own research I found that Acetaminophen (also known as Paracetamol) is an ingredient contained in many OTC and prescription medicines. For the most part, Acetaminophen would be found in typical OTC drugs such as, Benadryl, Tylenol, Theraflu, and many more medications along similar lines intended for normal colds, flu, and other minor to moderate pain. I recently ordered Lisinopril and was given a round pill with rx 535 on it. My last order of Lisinopril was oval and had E104 stamped on the pill. This makes me a little leary of taking my current order. Can someone tell me if they are the same? Among my prescription of FENOFIBRATE 160MG tablets I noticed another tablet mixed in my prescription bottle which was larger than the other tablets. It is oblong like the regular pills but larger and the letters and numbers are RX901.
