I found a large white pill in my house with the letter “R” on one side & “X” on the other. Having trouble identifying it. Please help. Found pills in son's room. He said they were 2 mg alprazolam. Round white and scored on one side. ## From what I could gather, a white round pill marked with "A2C" on one side and a split score line on the other, is identified as 2mg generic Alprazolam from Cinfa (a Spanish pharmaceutical company). NOTE: each quarter section within the score line is considered to be 0.5mg I question whether or not it may be counterfeit though, since the "real" versions I've seen appear to be rectangle-shaped and have a different imprint. White round pill one side T-M other side SCORE LINE , WHAT IS THIS????? ## Hi Saku, I don't know if this is your pill, but from what I could gather, a company by the name of T&M Distributors reportedly makes a white round 30mg Pseudoephedrine HCL tablet with the letters T & M on one side and cross scored on the other. It also carries a National Drug Code of 99999000256. The imprint seems so similar to your description that I wonder if it would be a good idea to contact T&M Distributors directly in order to find out if they played any role in making your tablet as well. The pill I found is round, white and had an x on one side and U 159 on the other side. What is it? ## Any chance that the imprint on your pill says "U 169" instead of U 159? I located a round white pill with U 169 on one side and an x (or cross-scored) on the back. This pill is reportedly identified as a 4mg Tizanidine HCL tablet, used as a muscle relaxant. guys ## Round white pill. One side is scored like a cross. The other side imprints Rivotril (not Roche) with a 2 under it. I have seen similar Clonazepam with Roche 2 on the back, but not Rivotril 2 on back. Is this a generic, fake or real? ## This is listed as being a foreign brand of Clonazepam, it contains 2mgs. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. For example: Is the "M" sitting over top of the "324" or is the the "M" on one side and "324" on the other; etc? Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill (approx. 10.00 mm in size) with an "M" over top of "724" on one side and is cross-scored (+) on the back.
