White, oval with 4 bar imprints like you would mark a peanut butter cookie. No numbers or letters ## Hello, Angie! How are you? Are there 4, or 5? Is it possible that two of them are actually 1s? There is a tablet with 3 bars and two 1s on it that is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Alprazolam. The FDA lists this medication as being a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Can you please double check the tablet and let me know?

I was given a plain yellow round pill that was supposed to be a new oxycodone 15 that can't be abused but it has no imprint codes or markings at all. Is this what it is? ## Hello, Cj! How are you? No, that is most likely something available over the counter, though there could be a small chance that is some type of foreign medication. Under current FDA law, all prescription tablets must have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception would be for medications specially ordered by a doctor and done by a compounding pharmacy, which would be in capsules. The ones that are available from Purdue that have the abuse deterrent feature all have markings, they use OP on them and then the number of the dosage on the opposite side and the 15mg table...

white and oblong with 20 on one side and a 4 pointed star on the other side ## This tablet, with the logo on one side and 20 on the other is a 20mg Bextra tablet, it contains the active ingredient Valdecoxib. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is most commonly used to treat osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. This medication was removed from the market in 2005, due to the increased risk it created of heart attack and stroke. Is there anything else I can help with?

found a shiny medium colored blue large squishy oblong pill with no imprint. When I poked it open there was a light tan colored oil substance. I'm curious to know what it is. ## With no imprint, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, there is also a small chance that it is a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S.? Does anyone else have an idea of what this might be?

Found a dark grey oblong pill. No imprint and no lines. Not a capsule. My guess its OTC but would like to know for sure what it is. ## Yes, if it has no markings, then it can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. However, that does leave the possibilities wide open among over the counter products. Where did you find it? Some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back when I find anything. ## Found it Northern IL. Thanks for the help. ## I found a container with five light gray half inch oval pills no imprints on them ## Did u ever find out what it was cause I found one too

I found two round white with a bunch of pinkish specks on them. There is no imprint and would like to know what they are. ## We can rule them out as being U.S. approved prescription tablets, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. That means they are most likely over the counter products and that leaves it open to many different possibilities. What is your general location? looks like OTC tylenol but has no markings or imprints ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## i found a white rather thick white oblong pill with no markings on either side. it is smooth. Found pills that I can not Identify. The pill is white round with the imprint NB on one side ## Hi Pam, Upon looking up this description, I did find information on a small white round homeopathic "outdoor allergy" tablet with an engraving of "NB" on one side. It's reported to be manufactured by a company called bioAllers and may be available at local health food stores. In light of this I would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly just to confirm that it is in fact the right pill. Reason I say that is because there aren't any actual images of the pill online to support this evidence outside of a general description. The customer service department for bioAllers can be reached via email or phone at: [email protected] 1-800-260-5514 I hope thi...

hydrocodone ## Yellow circle pill with nothing written on it ## If there is no imprint, it is not likely that it contains Hydrocodone. The FDA requires manufactured U.S. medications to all have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. it is a small white round pill with a few black specks in it and its blank on one side and say BEZ on the other ## I'm not sure about the black flecks (dirt? oxidation?) but the small round white tablets with BEZ stamped on one side are melatonin tablets from a company called Bezwecken. ## Actually, the ones with the black flecks is a supplement from the same company that is called Isocort, they use the BEZ logo on all of their products. It is a natural Cortisol supplement that is claimed to help with certain problems, such as Thyroid conditions. However, I cannot find an exact listing of what the actual ingredients are. Are there any other questions or comments?
