What is it an orange capsule someone said its a potent painkiller is it? ## What is an orange capsule that was prescribed for pain a lot of years ago that on says on the paper seal to take for pain every 2 hours until pain is relieved ## Heidi, are there any markings on it? What I am about to post for the original poster might not apply, depending on how old your capsule is, where it was found, and etc. The U.S. FDA requires all manufactured tablets and capsules to have unique markings on them to enable their identification. Those that do not have markings are most likely over the counter products. Though there is also a chance they were specially made by a compounding pharmacy, there is also a small chance they could be a foreign medication.

5/8 " long, 1/4" wide Found in my daughter's pocket. She doesn't do illegal drugs because she takes medication for epilepsy (she's afraid other drugs will cause a seizure). One of her friends is in to "herbal supplements" and other "healthy" things. Was wondering if this might be some type of herbal supplement, and how to find out what it is. she doesn't do ## If there are no markings on it, then it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. Yes, it can be rule out as being another prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, this does not apply to over the counter products, so it could be any one of a large number of those. Out of my own experiences, I can ...

orange capsul no imprints or marks when in half it has brown oval pieace ## If there are no markings or imprints, then we can rule it out as being a manufactured U.S. prescription product, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. Thus, the most likely option is that it is something that's available over the counter and that leaves it open to quite a few possibilities. Learn more OTC drug details here. It is a small orange caplet with no numbers, no letters, nothing at all imprinted on it. It reminds me of the weight loss caplet that was discontinued a few years ago called "ionamin"(the size that is). ## With no markings, it's difficult to say what it is with certainty. It can be rule out as being a prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Learn more OTC drug details here. I just finished up a bottle of Vitamin C that matched this description perfectly. Where was it found?

half orange half black capsule pill with no writing on it and light-weight, can someone please tell me what this could possibly be i can't find it anywhere?! ## Hi, Jen! How are you? If there are no markings on it, then we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured/approved prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. The only exception would be something specially ordered and done by a compounding pharmacy, but they don't typically use colored capsules. That means that this is most likely something that's available over the counter. Where did you find it? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep searching and post back, when I have information for you.

marking 60 on one side and bell shaped on other. Can anyone help telling me what these might be? ## Is it possible that the bell shape is a letter, or a logo? I've been hunting, but haven't found anything that matches this description, yet. I will, however, keep looking. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## oblong (capsule-shape) tablet with imprint "A" or what appears to be a bell and 6|0 or 0|9 is mirtazapine (remeron) 30mg a tetracyclic antidepressant

filled with orange powder...no markings on the outside of the capsule ## Sorry, there's really no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Do you have any suspicions as to what you think it could be (based on where you found it or whom you may have received it from)?

Does anyone know what this is an orange pill that has no imprint on it and is in a capsule form? ## What type of weird symptoms? Generally, it's not a good idea to take anything, if you don't know what it contains. Without any markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, or a foreign medication. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Tan and orange capsule. No Imprint or marking ## It's a large oblong shaped pill. It's thick and would taste powdery if you accidently chewed it, not swallowed it like your supposed to. It looks almost like a painkiller except it's not white it's light orange and has no imprint on it just a vertical line on only one side. What is it??

I found a capsule at my work, we've been having a drug problem so I was thinking about telling my boss but I don't know what kind of pill it is. It's brown on one half and orange on the other with the imprint "MK" with a circle around the letters. The markings are on both halves of the capsule on the same side. I opened it a little and white powder started coming out. Any help would be appreciated.

Need to know the bead color of the 3061 capsule ## @jake, I'm not sure about "R 3061", but "R 3060" contains WHITE beads and is the 20mg extended release version from the same manufacturer (Actavis)... So odds are that the 30mg 3061 capsule may have the same color beads as the dosage below it. The only differentiating factors I'm aware of are the imprints and the capsule color itself. However I've also heard about Adderall capsules containing peach colored beads as well as combinations of orange and white together. If you have one why don't you open it up and check? Are you getting them off the street or something to have reason to worry about what color they are? ## I'm wondering myself if my bf who use to have an issue is switching the beads on me a...

I found a pink and cream colored capsule with a rx or hourglass looking symbol and 311 over 50 imprint I need to know what this is if anyone could help. Thanks ## Hi monica, I haven't come across an exact match to your pill yet, but I did find out that Teva Pharmaceuticals puts an hourglass symbol on some of their pills (i.e. two small triangles facing one another). A good example of what I'm describing the hour glass symbol to look like is portrayed in a 50mg orange Cyclosporine capsule. If you google that maybe it'll give you an idea of who the manufacturer is... Does anyone else recognize this pill as something made by Teva?
