The large round pill reading NL with 25 labeled directly below, is a Nicotine lozenge made by the brand Nicorette, that is why it has a somewhat pleasant taste. ## Thank you for the identification. It is a white pill oblong and it's got nl 717 on it ## I haven't been able to find a listing for this, but I have a suspicion that it's an over the counter cold remedy. Round white pill with light pink speckles. Pill the size of a dime and as thick as 2 nickles. One side is blank and th other side has NL4S on it. ## This is actually a nicotine lozenge, similar to Nicorette or Commit to help someone quit smoking, it is a 4mg tablet. ## Looks like you got beat ## Who said they got beat they prolly found it in a cupboard somewhere

Prescribed by a doctor for stress/anxiety related disorder in Thailand. Anyone know what it is? The N & L are joined together and the 25 is printed underneath. A second pill for the same patient, also yellow and round has a larger capital D printed on one side and an S or 5 on the other. ## We have the same problem, same tablet in Cambodia.
