in which condition we prescribe the Nise 100mg tablet to the patient? ## It am a full blown sickler and have been taking trablin for the past 3 years everyday 4 per day. I have an injury to my feet where a piece of wood fell on it & was given flama MD but its to strong so the druggist recommended nise. This is the first time I am hearing of it. I am allergic to asprin ,tramacet, divon. Is this a good substitute?

HOW FAST TEN TABLETS WORKS ON AN INFLAMED SWOLLEN LEG. ## From what we have been able to discover, Nise is manufactured in India and contains 500mgs of Chlorzoxazone and 100mgs of Nimesulide. This combines a muscle relaxant with an anti-inflammatory. As to how fast it will work for you, there is no way to say for certain. Some people may experience relief faster than others and no medication works for everyone. Have you spoken to your doctor?

If I leave in US can still use Nise tablets. My mom is leaving with me now in US She is complaining about knee pain so she can still use same Nise Tablets 100mg ## Nimesulide is basically a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. It really depends on what country she is going to. Most will let you take in 2 to 3 months worth of an existing prescription medication. However, there are exceptions, such as when something is specifically prohibited there. EVen if she can take in a certain amount, there is also no guarantee that the medication is available there and she may end up having to switch to something else. What country is she going to? With that information, I can do more research for you.

I have bad teeth, so just wanted to have a painkiller before I went to the doctor tonight. Went to thenearest medical centre and asked for a mild painkiller ; the Guy didn't even think twice before reaching for Nise. When I asked him not to give nimesulide, he got offended and told me to ask what is the brand that I needed, and started telling me that its alright to take nise because its not nimesulide alone, and that doctors prescribe still it. Is that a valid reason?

Hello guys. I am having migrane kind of headache since 18 months. and i have consulted neuro physician and i had two times of MRI scan of brain and there was nothing in that. only cause came out is its sinus related. i was prescribed with set of tablets but there is no effect with those tablets. Then i started taking NISE tablet for my headache. I use to take 12 to 15 tablets in month for my headache. like i took NISE tablet for approximately 12 to 15 months. every month i took 12 to 15. Now i am scared whether it is going to affect my kidneys.? Now i have reduced taking tablets. if any doctor is there means please suggest me the next step.
