I was able to locate the active ingredients in Nise, which are Chlorzoxazone 500 mg, Nimesulide 100 mg. Click on the links below to learn about each drug... When they say it is effects the liver, the is because most medications are processed through the liver and long-term usage can lead to some harmful effects, however, if you are only using it for a short period of time the chance of it having any ill-effects are minimal.
