I have OA B/L. I get relief from Nicoxia 90mg. I do exercise too. Can I take this medication on a regular basis? I'm 65. I am having severe back pain travelling to abdomen. Tried several pain killers like Diclofenac and HIfenac-D, Nicoxia MR but when i take Nimessulide (Nice) it helps in drastically reducing the pain. Wonder why Nimesulide helps and other pain killers are not that effective ? Can i take Nimesulide for long term ? ## Have you had any testing done to see what's causing the pain?
