I have been on Viibryd since Nov 1 2011. I began with the started pack (10mg/7 days , 20mg 7days then 40 mg). After being on it for 2 days my anxiety was TERRIBLE on the 40mg. I am now on 20mg and feeling pretty damn good...better than I have in years. Psychiatrist has agreed to keep me on 20mg and we will re-evaluate later. My question is: are any of you on 20mg and staying there? If so, what are the pros and cons? How are you feeling...does it feel like that dose is enough? ## The dose that works well can vary from person to person and should be individualized, just as your doctor has agreed to do. I just started the 20mg Immediate release,3 a day and my pharmacy that i have used for years stated my Dr. would have to increase my meds within 2 months to at least 4 a day. I was prescribed Ritalin as a kid, then graduated to Adderall until I was 18. After that, my parents moved out-of-state, and I was no longer insured, so I decided to try and show everyone I didn't need medication to be 'normal'. I could never tell that the medication did anything for me, but my parents always seemed to notice a positive difference. I've been snorting 20mg Opana for 3 months now and It really works for my pain that way. 11 years of pain from L5-S1 post op failure. I feel like a drug addict sometimes but I can rationalize most anything to releive my pain. The pills are green octagons with a 20 on one side. I use a razor from a utility knife to carefully remove the coating 'cause ya can't snort up that. I like to save the shavin's in a little pill jar and I can usually get a nice little pile of powder if I sift them through a tea strainer. then I eat the shavings. I break the shaved pill in half and slowly press one of the halves with a bic lighter untill its all nice and powdery chop it up with the razor .......it works a lot better if you sniff it up an hour after a good fatty meal... ## I can only ......

Dropped my 20mg Roxicodone in rainwater and it dissolved completely in 44mL. How can I dry the rainwater out of it in hopes of salvaging my medication? ## Hi - I’m not sure if I fully understand the question, but I think the short answer is “you can’t”. I don’t think you could reconstitute the pill, or evaporate the rainwater and ingest any powder that’s left. I think the best you could do is swallow the dissolved pill with the rainwater. ## I don’t think you can and I wouldn’t recommend drinking the rain water because that’s how you get parasites. Also, what color are they? ## Well, first I'd like to explain that Roxicodone is not an immediate release formulation of Oxycodone, it is the regular release formulation. The only dosage available in the OxyIR is a 5mg capsule. Anything over 5mgs and in tablet form is either the regular release (Roxicodone), or the time released formulation, which is known as Oxycontin. That said, there is no 20mg Roxicodone tablet, the only 20mg available is a time released Oxycontin, which has the OP on one side, the number 20 on the other and is pink. I have a case of the gout and this medican was prscbr: for me by my Dr. to treat my gout i have taken 4 pills 1 every 12 hr (2 pre day) it has not gotten better ## Predisone is a steroid class medication and while it can help with the inflammation that can occur from gout, it is unlikely that it will treat the underlying cause, which is excess uric acid, so is isn't likely to really help clear up the condition.
