Nexpro-RD contains the active ingredients Esomeprazole and Domperidone, it is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, which can allow it to heal, over time. Librax contains Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium and is used to treat similar conditions. Both can cause side effects, so you may experience: nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence. I also have a kidney problem with my creatinine at 1.9 Is it ok for me to take Nexpro? ## Hello, Rama! How are you? These medications can actually cause flatulence as a side effect, so they don't usually relieve it, according to the U.S. FDA. You may also experience nausea, headache and stomach pain. These are used to reduce stomach acidity, to treat or prevent conditions such as GERD, heartburn, ulcers and gastritis. For flatulence relief, you need something that breaks up the excess gas that such acids can form. Did your doctor prescribe these for you? ...
