I have been using nexito 5mg for a long time (8 months). Each time I try to discard it I am getting severe side effects. I don't get sleep at night. I am having horrible dreams. My sister has been going through problems of depression and insecurity. Initially she has been advised to take Nexito forte for 10 days. She was fine till then. I was taking Nexito Plus for the last 4 years. Three months ago I stopped taking it as I felt some side effects like nausea, drowsiness,dry mouth in the morning,and I gained weight, was feeling hungry. Life became more passive. I changed my dietary system, started doing exercise, eating healthy food, controlled my anxiety. I made a complete change in the life pattern .It's a miracle.I feel much better.
