I have been operated for Internal Haemoroids during 1990, though I had External haemoriods during surgery it was not removed. Whenever I consume spicy food, it was a sleepless night for me. I am suffering from a duodenal ulcer and I have been taking Nexpro RD-40 with Librax for 2 months. It has not cured as well as before. I was taking Rantac 150 twice a day and since they were not helping me with flatulence I have changed to Nexpro RD 40. What is the difference betwen Nexpro RD 40 and Dexilant 60 ...Seems like after my doctor switched me to Dexilant I am having more back and chest pain symptoms than I ever did with Nexpro RD 40. ## The Nexpro RD contains Esomeprazole and Domperidone, while the Dexilant just contains Dexlansoprazole. I was put on klonopin by a new med. doctor, for severe panic attacks and anxiety, that was brought on by a number of serious family problems. I have also been on 40 mg. of Celexa for 10 yrs, and 150 mg of wellbutrin for about 8 yrs. The new dr. just upped my Klonopin to I mg, 3 times a day. He totally took me off of the wellbutrin, without tapering. He cut my Celexa dosage in 1/2, and added 60 mg of Cymbalta a day THis all seems a bit extreme and scary to me.I really do not like him or feel comfortable with him. I am going to see a new med dr next week, who works with a group my therapist is affiliated with. My biggest concern is the klonapin dose being upped so much.I have only been on it for 12 days, and I do not feel that it has helped me with nightly panick attacks.It p uhh rd me to...
