is neurobion injection good for nerves pain due to herpes zoster attack

I have been diagnosed with herpes zoster attack to my arm nerves and still not recovered from the nerves pain. does neurobion infection helps heeling the nerve to ease the pain? some says it's not good while suffering herpes zoster. ## Neurobion contains Vitamins B1, B6 and B1, so it is a supplement. It will only help with pain, if it is caused by being deficient in one of these vital nutrients. Since Herpes is not caused by that, it is doubtful that it will provide you with much relief.
