Selective Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation of the trigiminal root for the relief of trigiminal neuralgia.After this treatment, gabaneuron, Trioptal300 & Bplex Tablets are prescribed.Is there any low cost medicines in place of these medicines? ## I am under sever attack of TN,I feel extream pain even while walking...I had been taking Tegeral but discontinued due to extra rashes on the skin.I had been twice injected with annathistatic (numb ) drugs but the pain is back after a lapes of about six months.Some one has suggessted me for Laser Radio Thraphy? Any one tried this...any side effects......Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Dr. prescribed 4 tablets of 10 mg for 5 days and then 1 tablet for 30 days. I do have premature heart beat and after my first dosage (yesterday at noon) my heart feels fluttery. He is treating Occipital Neuralgia pain. After doing research of possible side effects I'm considering discontinuing the use of this drug.. My mom as Trigeminal neuralgia and severe Scolioses. Shes been back pain for years and they cant op. But the doctor prescribed Trepiline because she had severe negative reaction for the other drugs. She is also using Micardis for Blood pressure. She now started getting rash on her head and body and she get nausea all the time. We went back to the doctor he said its stress that causes the rash but she did had any. She's wondering if her medicines are clashing. She also take aspirin. She is so scared of tablets. My son aging nearly six years was noticed with weakness of limbs.Neurologist referred for blood for CPK.Later muscle biopsy was carried.His disease was diagnosed as Muscle Dystrophy.His all symptoms were /are similar to DMD as viewed on internet.The Neurologist in Peshawar(Pakistan) started treatment with 8 tablets prednisolone twice daily with other medicines of tonic,vitamins and calcium for more than four years.
